[W126 Coupe] CIS-E Blues - EHA

Robert,
If you look into one of the cavities that leads to the diaphragm, you will
see some kind of insert in it.
If that is a screen filter. I;m thinking that if the screen is clogged, it
could interfere with pressure sensing of the diaphragm.
I checked the resistance and it is within range.
Any thoughts?

One of the 2 openings in the EHA appears to have an insert in it.
Does anyone know if that insert is a filter screen insert that can
be removed and cleanedd?

Richard,
there are three openings. The two at the top are cavities that lead to the
diaphragm, the one with the brass screw in it is a factory adjustment. I
wouldn't touch it.

Test the coil's resistance (should be 19.5 +/-1 ohms).
