[W126 Coupe] CIS-E Blues

Why not attach the Bosch CIS-E hose set up with the fuel pressure gauge 
and see if you are within the specs for upper and lower fuel pressures?  
This seems like a logical next step.  You should be able to measure both 
values and deduce the differential pressure which is in the manual.
