Just based on what you originally wrote. I would do the following:
1. Replace the fuse or jumper the end points with a heavy guage wire.
2. Tap and or wiggle in and out the blower motor relay to see if the fan
starts/stops.
3. Cycle the ignition switch a few times to see if it as someone else
chimed in is causing the interrupt in voltage.
4. Inspect under the fuse holder tray for any crisp/burnt connections to
the fan relay fitting.
5. Swap the ACC push button unit with another known good unit.

You say you switched the fan speed controller, what component did you
replace??? The relay in the fuse box or something else like the ACC
push button unit??

Dick

I have another electrical problem looking for an answer.

The blower stopped running, to the best of my knowledge while I was
driving. There is no power at the motor now. The climate control
system has had no problems up until that point.

The motor never made any rude noises, ran silently and smoothly

The fuse is OK

The fan (motor) runs fine (put 12v to the motor),

The blower control unit - fan speed controller is OK (switched with a
known good unit)

Does anybody have experience with the push button controls failing or
the climate control unit itself? What other components have control
over the motor power supply? Appreciate any ideas..........
