[W126 Coupe] June 24 Del Val Rallye

Hi Guys,

I want to touch base with those of you attending, plus others who want
to join us, on our June 24th SEC Delaware Valley Rallye in NJ.

I wrote and ran the course last week, about 2 hours covering 50 miles of
scenic turf.  There will be a question sheet, chances for photo op, a
stop at a goat/sheep cheese farm the ladies will love (gift shop and
observation barn), then back to my place for cockails and dinner.

I calculated $45 per couple will be the cost to provide all the
materials, food, cheap booze, and special memento for the entire day.
There will be Rallye Prizes first through fourth place. I will do all
the cooking, etc and there will be plenty, and it's NOT going to be
cheap hot dogs. Rather, a fully cooked dinner of roast ham, salads,
bourbon chicken fingers, and so on.  I wanted to run the cost by you so
we all are in agreement of what we want to do as a group.  No one needs
to schlepp around foods in their trunk on a warm day for safety, so it's
a better idea to do it this way than bring-a-dish.

Please email any thoughts or suggestions, and also send me your
preferred contact info with phone, address, names attending, etc so I
can reach you for any reason and create a Group List.
