[W126 Coupe] Long term Battery drain problem

Hi Bellamy,

Yes, that maybe the case, but as the seats seem to work as they should, I can't imagine what would be causing an intermitant current draw without the seats moving to a different position. Is it possible the memory for the seats could have something to do with this?
Although yourself and Richard could be onto something, I will look further into the seat possibility. Not today though, as the car at the moment is buried under a foot of snow. I will let you know of any further findings.

Cheers,
Vance

Yes, Richard is right, the seat controllers are likely on fuse 2 also. East to determine, remove the fuse and see if the seats and seats memory work. The power seats work without the ignition "on" as long as the door is open.

#8 is the instrument cluster including the centre console... they are connected through the headlight light switch, of course.
