[W126 Coupe] Pricing Question

Did those things really run 2 cycle diesel engines ??

Yep, the '84 and '85 300 diesel with no injectors or fuel pump!  These
things get truly awesome mileage... can go almost forever with a single tank
of fuel!  The problem is finding one in decent shape.  Like with air in the
tires.  (Not that tires are really essential...)

and their bullet proof engines and trans reliable as hell


I'll bet they are! With no injectors and no fuel pump they won't have to
handle much horsepower.
