[W126 Coupe] tranny question

gonna change tranny filter/gasket.  i got the kit although i believe its the wrong part.  my gasket has a number of bolt holes and when i look at the pan there seems to be only about 6 bolts.  one on each corner and one on each side.  ...before i return the part was wondering if this was just a cover and once i took it off i would see another pan that would correspond with the number of holes in my gasket.  let me know, anyone.  thanks
