Wayne,
As different models (US or Euro) as well as different years of these cars have different fuse configurations, would it be correct to say you are talking about fuse number 19 which is a 16amp fuse? If it is this one, then this also powers your heated seats (if you have them). Do the heated seats work without blowing the fuse?
A little more info might be helpful to find this problem you are having. Did the roof work before, how long has it been doing this, have you had any aftermarket equipment fitted to the car recently and so on.
Having said all that, it could of course be as simple as a mechanical problem with the roof and the motor just drawing too much current when the roof is jamming.
