Hi Dick,

  Don't know if it will be of any help, but I recently purchased a used seatbelt presenter relay box for my 91 560 SEC from the following link in the UK.

I would guess if they can provide what I got, they should have what you are looking for, and are reasonably priced from what I have seen so far. Might be worth a try.
