[W126 Coupe] getting new rims, will theses fit?

I'm not sure what rims will fit for my 560sec so if anyone can give me some info in understanding it, i will be greatful. Right now i'm checking up on this rim on ebay.

  its 5x112 which is the same as my stock rims but the ET is 38 when i know the stock is 25. Can i go higher then 25?
