 There are a number of companies that provide a re-direct or direct pickup service. I found the following through a search engine. http://www.flci.co.uk/book_shipment.php?b=0

This company can give you a quote on-line for direct pickup from Germany to your US zip code. There are probably quite a few others. I found one for the other way round for those companies in the US that only ship within the US as I am in the UK. Best bet is search around the net and compare prices and services.
