My take would be that some subscriber to this group has that address 
"admin at mbcoupes.com" in his address book, and his machine has been 
compromised. The spammers often user virus-like techniques, like 
address-book harvesting, to hide the true address of origin.

Satish could probably squelch it by disabling that address's permission 
to post to the group.
