Maybe the tires were not balanced properly, center link was not installed properly, or tire defective with slipped belt.

Subject: [W126 Coupe] Vibration between 45 and 60

  Hello,

I recently had some work done on my car. The work was a regular tune up, transmission tune up and replacing the center link of the steering. I also had put 4 new Pirellis on the same day.

Right after this was done, I took a 4 hour drive to Ithaca. The car has been acting strange. I could feel some vibration precisely between 45 and 60 miles / hour. And it doesn't matter whether I am accelerating or decelerating. Do you guys have a sense for what it might be?

  Thanks in advance.

  Itrat
