At that mileage they most likely have not been changed and are indeed shot.
As to the auction you listed, those look to be the Febi's..I personally
won't use them..for those on a budget I'd say go w/ Lemforder.. If this car
is a keeper I would install the Genuine accumulators..I have Never had a
problem w/ the latter.
