[W126 Coupe] Help me narrow down self leveling problem, follow up

Hi again,

I checked the filter just now and it looks ok, clear.  The fluid is a honey
color.  I turned on the car, opened the resivoir lid slightly and did see
fluid coming out of the return hose into the bottle.  I think that confirms
the pump is working, no?
