Lets Compile a checklist for the Climate control, aircon and vent activation
for any SEC user. So what should I do first??

You're talking about the VW Golf's "Climate Control" ??
Or the SECs?
If it the Golf, it's because if doesn't have automatic climate
control (duh)
and if it's your SEC, it's because one of about a hundred things went
wrong,
I guess... Stuck vent/valve, air conditioning, broken temp sensor,
broken pipe that
feeds air into the temp sensor, etc, etc. I'm no expert (yet) :-)
