[W126 Coupe] parts needed

Hi Guy's,
I hit someone in thier trailer hitch and got the bumper section almost dead on the licence plate section. It made both ends bend out without a mark on them. I'm taking for estimate today, but insurance company says they might have problens finding parts needed. I'm sure it's because thier looking for the cheapest way out. Will see what they say and get back later. Agent said they sell a complete bumper unit w/shocks and all is the part they might have trouble getting. I checked one catalog Adist yesterday and they had it listed for $1795.00 new and $1295.00 used but both were crossed off.
