[W126 Coupe] Loud Pulleys

The engine pulleys are getting very loud on my 560.. loud enough so that I can hear the noise inside the car when it's idling, and sometimes even when I'm going down the road, but as road/tire noises get louder with speed it gets drowned out. When I listen to it though it is a constant noise it never goes away, and it doesn't sound like the belts, although the belts may be contributing. Is anyone familiar with this?? Possibly an easy fix?

Also, when I go over bumps in the road, it sounds like there is a cricket in my dash board! What is that!?
