I've bought a set for a 450slc from Palimino from PerformanceProducts.com and then another set from natcom.com and got a  much better price. I'm sure they have the pads, but not sure about springs. They were for my euro 450slc in red because PP didn't have red, but I asked for a price for a 560sec that I was buying and I think it was John that gave me a price of $650.00 for fronts or rears which included, head rests and arm rests if purchased at same time or in sets (front),(rear). No backs of seats they weren't needed. My friend and myself who was fimilar with taking sets out did them ourselves. I think it took us 4hrs. for fronts and 2-3 for rear. Not bad for first timers in my garage using card tables. If I can be any help just email me at benzman3 at cox.net.
