[W126 Coupe] Rear Suspension Fluid Leak

My wife's 1986 560 SEC has a very small leak - In 3 years the fluid level is
about ¾ way down. How do I replace the fluid (remove the old fluid) and be
sure there is no air in the system. I intend to use the correct Mercedes
fluid. Maybe I should drain and replace the fluid in my 1991 560 SEC, too?

Can anyone tell me exactly what I have to do?
