[W126 Coupe] Rough idle 560sec

Could be a lot of things, but I think the usual suspects would be spark
plugs, spark plug wires, ignition distributor, distributor wires, fuel
distributor, fuel injectors, a vacuum leak, timing chain. Basically, in
my experience, anything that causes a rough idle gets better by going
into neutral.

Hu All
I live in Cape Town, South Afraca and bought an '89 MB 560 Sec about 6
months ago. I have a slight problem though in that the car is idling
very rough; it shakes when in drive, but less so when in neutral. I've
had the engine mountings replaced.
Any ideas as to what else the problem could be?
