[W126 Coupe] rear flex disc

As Dick says, definitely do as much as you can whilst you
have the car apart.

I left the centre bearing and boots alone but did the front
and rear flex discs. They are pretty cheap and worth doing
both as you have to drop the exhaust etc to do either.
