[W126 Coupe] Speedo update

My 82 380SEC has that rediculous 85 MPH speedometer. I have picked up a 160 MPH unit from an 85 500SEL and changed the miles to match that of my 380....Can I swap them out directly or no?  I'd just like to know what I'm in for before I start taking it apart....things like calibration, or ANYTHING, ... if someone can provide some insights....it would be appreciated.
