[W126 Coupe] Turbo and Supercharged engine

To do both would be expensive on our cars.  They are
trying to have the instant boost and throttle response
of a positive displacment blower at the low end and
the efficiencey of a turbo for the upper end.      

Aircraft engines used both systems aroudn the time of
WWII.  I don't know if they still do so but it would
surprise me if they did.
