[W126 Coupe] Rear Window parcel Tray 1989 560 SEC

Hi,

Can someone out there please tell me how to remove the parcel tray out from 
the rear window.
I think that's the correct name. It's the covered flat piece between the back 
of the seat and the rear window and between the speakers.
>From the sun mine dried up and I had to pull out the tattered material. I 
need to remove the tray so I can recover it.
