Markus, I think what is happening is that someone quoting back your 
message in order to set a context for his reply is including the header 
of your message in that quoteback. Thus, that errant header makes it 
appear at first glance that it is comiong from you.

If the sender's email program delimits quotebacks by >> signs or 
vertical colored lines, you can better tell what is a quoteback and what 
is a new message, but alas some email programs are not that considerate. 
One in particular seems to just turn the quoteback blue, so if you have 
HTML turned off while receiving mail you can't see any difference any more.
