[W126 Coupe] Horsepower in 380 and 500 sec's

For the 500's and 380's you only had two versions available from the
factory, Euro and US.  Once the 560 was introduced you eventually had
different levels of power available as per option codes, ie code 822 was the
Euro ECE 300hp version.
