I bought a heated jacket and gloves at the beginning of the fall and they
work great!  The feet suffer because the boots are un-insulated and cramped
for space!  I bought some foot bed warmers but when standing around they get
uncomfortable fast!

Bill, you should go to a ski shop and buy some of those compact hand
warmers, then stick it in the toe box of your riding boots.
