It's a miracle when a 10 year old battery works at all, much less a -3C. 
Trot down to the MB dealer and buy another. They are not the best 
batteries, but very good quality for the money. And it will fit. I had to 
buy one last month, the parts guy even brought it out to my truck and took 
back the old one. Nice service.
