Hi Scott,

I could be wrong with this theory... but have you had a look at the door switches? Looking at the circuit diagram (included), it looks to me as though it is some sort of ground issue. As several circuits come into play with the door and seat belt buckle switches, you might be able to shorten the diagnostic process by figuring what does operate properly on those circuits. Seat belt warning / seat belt extenders / interior lights...
