In a few words, the  560 SEC is a 64 GTO  with  ABS,
etc, and  much better put together car. 
It is a Ferrari with  none  of the  the  noise and a
much more pleasant ride and  interior comfort
It is a 1960 Caddy  coupe de ville (2-door hardtop)
but  with  individual reclining leather seats,  better
brakes and a sunroof
