I think the shifter knob is the same as mine and I bought it at
carpartsdiscount.com, an ebay vendor.

Make sure you get the '89-'91 version. 

If you put in the '86-'89 version in your car you will not be able to engage
"B" (don't ask me how I know.....).

Oh, I paid about $90 for mine.
