[W126 Coupe] Help with injector R&R

Hi MBCoupes types:

Has anyone removed the hard nylon injector holder and o-ring that seats 
in the intake manifold when replacing the injector and upper rubber 
boot???  How is that holder removed?    My pick is too wide to catch the 
small hole and I am worried that it could crack when pulling the holder 
out using a threaded tapered bolt.  Any ideas?

How in fact is it done?

btw: this is tuning work I am doing on the 86 300SE Euro.  But an 
injector is an injector so the holders may vary but there can not be 
that much of a difference in the removal process.
