[W126 Coupe] drain radiator

 Gary, If your 88 is like my 87, there is a plug/screw on the bottom of the radiator on the passenger side.  It was blue I think on my Behr radiator, and you can use a phillips head or large flat head screwdriver to open it up.  There should be a plastic piece that lets it hang in there after you unscrew it so it doesn't fall away and get lost.
