Hi Hovsep:

Re: spacers.  If you have an early model SEC (mine is an 83) the H&R hub 
centric spacers will not fit on the front wheels.  If you have a later 
model SEC the largest H&R's I'd put up front are 10mm and rear 20mm.  
Make sure you get the right length bolts so as to get 10 full turns into 
the hub.  No more, no less.

My personal experience with H&R spacers when I fitted a set of 18's X 8 
was vibration from one of the front wheels at high speeds.  I sold the 
entire new set of wheels and tires with spacers after just a few 
thousand miles.  The set I now run on are factory bolt-on Lorrinser (no 
spacers) 18X9 up front and 18X10 in the rear.  Fronts are a perfect fit 
no rub in or out.  On the rear, I had to really roll the outer fender 
lip tight to avoid a rub at 10 o'clock on the outside.
The spec's are:
Front ET 18 with a set of 235/40 ZR18 Pirelli 7000's.
Tire caliper measures front tire width as 9.0 inches
 
Rear ET 19 with a set of 275/35ZR18 Pirelli 7000's
Tire caliper measures rear tire width as 11.0 inches

These rims are mounted on a lowered with H&R 1983 SEC where the front 
was lowered 1 inch and rear was lowered 1.5 inches when the shims were 
factored in.

Talbir has all the measurements down to a science and while my rims came 
with the tires mounted, Talbir said that the maximum tire size on the 
rear should be 10 inches to avoid a rub.  Perhaps you could ask Talbir 
if he can send the typical recommendations for rims, tires, offsets etc 
so you can pick the right set-up for your SEC.
