[W126 Coupe] Replacing Rear Parcel Tray & Repair Rear Sun Screen (in rear window) 1989 560 SEC

Hi,

My rear sun screen motor only works when I push the button, the screen does 
not come up or down.
Also my rear parcel tray, the deck between the rear window and the top of the 
rear seat back needs to be replaced.
Can someone please tell me how to remove the panel so I can recover this.
I took the seats out in the past to run a 10 CD player in my trunk but I 
couldn't get the tray out. Do I have to remove the rear speakers?
