3mph?  With the SEC lowered, the snow would come up over the hood.  I bet I could get the rear wheels up to 130mph and not go anywhere.  Bad enough that I had to shovel a path in the back yard just so my bulldog could go to the bathroom.  Snow is taller than he is.

I'm going to take a guess here that the speedo will register maybe 100mph,
front wheels maybe 3mph. :-) YMMV
