[W126 Coupe] Engine Ticking 89 560 SEC & Harder Starting

Hi,

I am starting to develop a more frequent ticking in my 89 560 SEC motor.
It used to happen once every month now it is happening every other day.
When I do my first start of the day I hear a ticking in the motor until I rev 
it a few times or drive it to a decent rev then it goes away.
The motor is also not starting as quickly as it was (more cranking) even a 
month back. I even have to hold the gas pedal to the floor once in a while to 
start it.
The car has 171,000 on it.
At 160,000 I had a new fuel dist, new timing chain & tensioner, plugs, dist 
cap & rotor, idle speed switch, idle speed control actuator, lambda set, all 
fuel filters & (oil filters, & oil 5,000 with Mobil 1), timing set, new valve 
cover gaskets. I think a little more but I cannot recall.
Any suggestions?
