[W126 Coupe] Servicing suggestions?

My business partner has now also been bitten by the MB bug and has purchased
a very clean, straight 560SL.

During the Christmas vacation downunder we plan to indulge in serious
servicing.

You clever people on this list may have some clever suggestions regarding
brake fluid changing (getting around the ABS) and perhaps also assist in
auto transmission fluid.

The tranny is a messy task but you may have some suggestions of how to drain
the cooler and converter?

Fluids for the power steering, engine and waterways are known - however
ideas on brake fluid and transmission would be welcome.

The SEC has a couple of cracks in the drive line coupling so that will also
be addressed - comments also appreciated.

The SL has some steering issues (wandering), suggestions here are also
welcome.

The SL also has a noticeable performance drop at high temperatures (110deg F
days) - so did I, so maybe understandable.
