[W126 Coupe] Engine replacement?

But you do not have to replace it, right?

  If you have a look @ the SL oil pan it's very different...it's also one piece..  Totally different front frame/sub frame assemblies from a 107 to a 126.

  Besides, given the choice I'd rather the two piece design any day.
