[W126 Coupe] AMG Rims

Lou,

I think that may be an optical illusion. When the car is jacked up, the
wheel geometry changes as the suspension goes all the way down.

ET or E is the same thing. It stands for Einpresstiefe, which means Offset
and measures the sideways position of the wheel, i.e. whether it is closer
to the inner wall or outer fender. A low number means the wheel will sit
further out towards the fender and a high number means the wheel will sit
closer to the inner wall.

ET 11 is quite aggressive. I have a set of AMG Monoblock IIs in 7.5x16, ET
17 with 225/55 tires on a '90 SEC and they fit very nicely on my car.

Cheers,
Axel

Thanks for the reply Axel, The rims do not have tires on them. When I bolted
the rim to the hub, it looks like they would extend beyoud the fender!
Actually the casting reads E11, is that differenf than ET11?
