[W126 Coupe] Exhaust manifold bolts?

I need to remove the exhaust manifold from my '87 SEC M117engine. The
exhaust has been on there from day One and the nuts are very likely rusted
in place. With my air gun, I can get them out - correct sized socket
(6-point) and set the gun to max torque, they're coming out or I'll twist
the stud either out of the block or in two. I'd expect that would damage
something. What worries me the most is a steel stud stuck in the aluminum
head and I pull the threads out of the head when the stud comes out. It
would be great to just get the nuts off the studs, but I'm not sure they'll
want to come loose.

Any tricks to this so that I don't have to re-tap the heads? Is there some
Industrial Strength "liquid wrench" stuff that should be used here?? Heat
from a torch? Use the air gun (impact wrench) gently in and out to try to
get the nut to thread off the stud??

Thanks,

Mike R.
