[W126 Coupe] Overload relays

Recently got an overload relay part # 1265404745 and it has 4 silver pins and the plastic pin. The current one in my 86 560 SEL has 5 silver pins and one plastic, but the same part number. Has anyone run into this B4? If so what vehicle does the 4 + 1 fit?
