[W126 Coupe] difficult cold start

My 560 SEC 1989 is difficult to start in the morning, no problem when the
engine is warm, well even five six hours after turned off it is easy to
start, even standing outside just turning the key it starts immediately, but
if the engine been off for 10 hours or more it takes several attempts and
even difficult to get it going the first few minutes.
The workshop mentioned the injector, and offered to change it for about
R7.200, (about USD 1.100), anyone have a better solution or opinion.
