Call me a skeptic, but when I see this:
Readily-available chemical added to gas tank in small proportion improves the fuel's ability to vaporize completely by reducing the surface tension that inhibits vaporization of some fuel droplets.
Followed by a chart that shows up to 35% mileage increase, I call B.S.
Firstly, the combustion process is already close to 99% efficient in terms of atomization of fuel. With fuel injectors, there ain't a whole lot of efficiency left to gain. Secondly, if we could add this stuff and increase mileage by 35%, why wouldn't everyone do it? Manufacturers, fleets, etc?
Don't tell me it's the oil company conspiracy, either. Just does not make sense to me.

Hi All,
I saw this on one of the forums and I wanted an expert SEC opinion on this.
Please past this and open it up.

It is an article about Acetone giving better gas mileage.
