There's more to the 560 power than just the engine - it must have the right CIS-E and EZL or you may find there is an awful lot of power missing. My 560 (300Hp version) had the wrong CIS-E and lost substantial power above 4,000-RPM because of it.
The correct Bosch numbers of the parts for the High Power version are (source: ESI[tronic]):-
EZL, Original Part:
0 227 400 608
Replacement Part:
0 227 400 606
Exchange part
0 986 261 615
CIS-E Original Part No.
0 280 800 157
Replacement Part
0 280 800 156
Fuel Distributor Original Part
0 438 101 016
Replacement Part
0 438 101 015
Exchange Part
0 986 438 215
You must also have a working Air Temperature Sensor (failure is common)
0 280 130 047
If you are upgrading from the 300, you'll need an altitude sensor and idle speed control unit (that I can think of). Beware that MB manuals tend to leave out the wiring of the air temperature sensor.
Let me know how you go with the CIS-E and EZL - a previous owner of my Benz replaced them with the wrong versions and I'm in need of replacement parts :)
Robert
PS
you might have taken another day and given the motor a good clean before installation...
