Hello,
I just subscribed to this list and already have a question I'm hoping someone has information on.  I just purchased a 1989 560SEC on Ebay, though I have not yet received it.  I've been reading the specs on this car and notice the horsepower is 238.  I love a lot of power, especially torque and was wondering if there are any aftermarket performance enhancement products that I could add to boost the power?  I read that the 0-60 is 7.0.  Is this accurate?  I live in California, so I know they are pretty strict about emissions.  I don't want to spend a fortune....probably under $1,000.  I also don't want to alter the appearance of the car, just the performance.  I'm curious if there is anything for this model?  A chip or some other recommended performance modification?  By the way, I'm not very mechanically saavy, so please describe for the average joe.  Thanks so much!
