I'd use the Bilstiens if your shocks are leaking Hovsep.  If they are 
not leaking and you do the lowering with new H&R springs, carefully 
clear the ridge on the shock stem of any debris or build up while they 
are out for the spring R&R so they can ride lower without fouling the 
oil rings on the shock stem.
