Hi Gary,
It really needs a little more information to determine correctly. Example is if the blower works while you have the heat on and of course the AC off, then the fuse is likely to be OK. If you mean that the AC no longer blows cold, then there is a good chance you have a leak in your AC system which has activated the compressor pressure switch which basically won't allow the compressor to power up while the pressure is down. If the latter is the case and you still have the older R-12 AC system, you will more than likely require a R-134a conversion. This can be done (depending where the leak is) by just having a new dryer fitted and the system flushed, then recharged with R-134a (along with the compatible oil for the compressor). I was unlucky and needed to replace the evaporator as well. But this is usually unlikely. I had no choice but to have the R-134a conversion because of the regulations and law changes, but depending where you are located and what regulations you have there, you might just get away with locating the leak and recharging the system with R-12. I have no idea how wide spread these regulations go these days.
Having said all that, without further info, it could just be your blower motor fuse that has blown. Depending on what model and year your car is, this could be located inside the main fuse box (usually fuse #16) or it could be located outside the main fuse box, I think it's a 30 Amp fuse which is a strip of metal screwed in at both ends inside its own small container located just forward of the brake master cylinder.
Good luck.
Cheers,
Vance.
