Hi Bruce:
You have the early model with (3) wires? Brown = ground followed by
blue and yellow to pull or push air right?
Part # is 000 800 03 48
Just wondering if they can be rebuilt. Seems that the actual pump
impeller has 4 vanes on a concentric wheel. It's this wheel that
eventually binds up where it's surface area is tight to the housing to
either side of it. I'd like to figure out if the binding is due to a
loss of lubrication on the wheel surface. Anyone with a thought on
this? What type of replacement lubricant will hold up? Needs to be a
thin film of some sort.
Also, I have a spare pump whose motor works just fine but, the wheel
questions above are what's making it seize up.
